RESCUE Muni listserv - cost estimate for GGP rail service

There's an idea floating around that a solution to the current Fine
Arts Museums problems in Golden Gate Park might be to put a rail
extension from the N Judah tracks near 9th Ave into the Park,
circling the Music Concourse. (On these tracks would run a special
F-Market "GGP Excursion" line from downtown.)

What do you think of this solution to the "we want the De Young, but
not more cars" situation? and how much would it cost?
