RESCUE Muni listserv - Breda cars - ventilation problems?

I'm not a regular Muni Metro rider, but I've had two experiences within the past
week in which these fancy new Breda cars have been overpoweringly hot and
stuffy. I thought these cars were supposed to be air conditioned (important
that they are since the windows on the cars don't open). Are these just
isolated maintenance problems or are we headed for real serious problems down
the track here with these cars? Does anyone know?
