Since you brought it up though do you have any thoughts on what to do
about "bad lines"? Obviously I can not ask you for a new set of Muni
policies and a rewrite of the drivers contract. But there do seem to be
well known bad lines among the drivers. This can be good for either driver
or passenger, or the system as a whole.
Could a few lines be picked out for special attention and ameliorative
actions. What might those be?
