I think the three issues that consensus showed to be most important
were: communications, education, and security.
Communications: both service information as well as
management/driver/rider communications.
Education: on how to ride properly, also touches on issue of respect and
pride in system.
Security: enough that people would think at least twice about doing
something wrong.
Present were 22-line riders, operators, union officials, representative
of SFUSD, and management.
At least the 22 does not have structural problems blocking better
service!
