>From time to time RM would like to get a notice out quickly to riders. One
way to do this is to have a network of folks willing to take just 5 or 10
minutes to get the word out. For example, be willing to put announcements in
their local public library. Or establish a relationship with your
neighborhood business association or a few stores and be able to put up the
notice in their window. Or even be willing to put it up at the stops in
neighborhoods where this is tolerated (you know your own neighborhood best).
