Okay, I'll buy this as a reason to have air conditioning.
But, since air conditioning can never be one-hundred percent
reliable, openable windows should be provided as an
emergency source of air, and for rider choice. And, what
happens when these cars are forty years old and they can't
get the air conditioning to run?
