During the survey period the J line performed pretty well for me. But
afterwards - another story altogether!
Last night (10/7) a half-hour wait at Embarcadero at 5:15PM and this
morning (10/8) the slowest crawl in the tunnel since the early days of
the ATCS.
What gives? Do these people just know to be on their best behavior when
observed and that they can go back to letting us down when nobody is
"watching"?
