<< Anybody noticed that MUNI is closing the underground at
eight on Sundays for more "testing"? I arrived home on
Amtrack from a weekend performing in Sacramento, and dealing
with my aged parents, exhausted and coming down with the
flu, only to find the underground closed and be asked to
stand on the surface. In the cold. I was pissed, to put it
mildly. It's been asked here a hundred times before, but
I'll ask it again: if they are going to test this damn
thing for years on end (to no apparent benefit in
performance), what is wrong with midnite to six?

I had the same experience coming in on Amtrak from Fresno a few weeks ago.
