Regarding the intermodal trasfer station, agreed. But not
the Milbrae station. The BART tracks have to cross the
CalTrain tracks somewhere in order to get to the airport.
Put the intermodal station there. Much cheaper than going
all the way to Milbrae to no ones benefit.
