When you are parked in the zone with the brake on, square to the curb
and someone hits your rear bumper with the side of their car (brand new
SUV) and does not stop, but you are able to get their plate anyway.
Bicycle count (only 4 hours...traffic too crazy after that): 2/26...92%
violation rate...100% til dusk.
This is a new one on me: bicyclist rings bell continuously, and weaves
through my boarding and disembarking passengers before swerving in front
of me to make a left turn out of the crosswalk. 1 point in her
favor...she signalled for the left turn. I don't mind the getting in
front of the bus part too much, but running down my passengers is rude.
More generalized bad/reckless behavior on the road tonight than I have
seen in quite a while...you would think the full moon was tonight.
