This is great intelligence. I have to say that thus far this contract
sounds like a big-time loser: no competitive bidding, paid for by another
sweetheart deal (with TDI), and look at that track record.
To block it, tell your Supe to vote against the UNBID renewal of TDI's ad
contract (to 2008, I think) that was hastily proposed so Muni could come
up with the $5M for Booz. Make them competitively bid BOTH the
advertising AND any consultancy business!
