1. 1988-ca. 1992: Fastpass went from 28 to 30 to 32 and thgen 35
dollars. Fare went 75c to 85c to 1.00
2. Thanks to Richard M for the info on massively increased Fast pass
use on BART. I used it this AM. (Tuesday) Horrible delays on Metro- traffic
from all the 1 car trains they insist on using. No discernable difference
from the old days of insane inbound delays....today backed up all the way to
Van Ness. 55 minutes Castro to Embcdo, including not getting on 6 crush
loaded trains in a row....
