It would make RescueMuni list more friendly if folks would
be more throughful about the SUBJECT line on their postings. This
is digest summary from a recent posting- it's hard to tell what any
particular thing is about. Thus, unless you read everything you
can't find and track the few items you might be
following. for example, it is completely impossible to gues what
the post "Digest-Rescu-Muni" posting is about. Or even "...will it
never N-d? "

A suggestion.
