Ideally two things should occur. One AN INCREASE in net seats per hour
between downtown and the inner Sunset. Two once trackage to the
museum/aquarium/park is in use a crosstown service perhaps Park to short
J--the point is particularly on non-commute times a different market
exists. All of this of course supposes the present mess is cleaned up!!
