[Rescue Muni] At last, Muni recognizes New Year's Eve!

A couple years ago, I wrote voluminous letters of outrage to Muni and the
Mayor about New Year's Eve service, after I was forced to walk all the way
home to the Haight from Grace Cathedral, arriving home at 3 AM, with only
infrequently spaced totally packed buses passing me, rarely even trying to
stop.

Tonight's service almost makes me want to just ride Muni as my New Year's Eve
celebration!
