Some Metro performance data:
Tue Jan 5 AM: West Portal to Embarcadero-15 minutes; PM: Emb to W.P.-15 minutes
Wed Jan 6 AM: WP to Emb-16 minutes; PM: Emb to W.P.-17 minutes
ATCS seems to be running fine. Travel times are comparable if not better
than pre-ATCS. But... On Wed PM ride, no K, L or M arrived at Embarcadero
for at least 11 minutes. A single L car finally arrived and I squeezed on
(barely).

Low-floor LRV's: They were considered for use on the new Third St Light
Rail Line because the trackway was to be totally separate and not connect
to the Market St subway. The route was changed to connect to the
Embarcadero MMX, so high-floor Bredas will be used.

MMT Cost: The Muni Metro Turnback cost $220 million and took 11 years to
complete. This information is from the engineer/constructor, not Muni.
I'm not sure if the $220 million includes the MMX extension to Caltrain,
which reportedly cost $50 million. So the MMT cost at least $170 million,
or as much as $220 million.
