Is this the same as at other times of day? If not, why the short runs?
Schedules that nobody can meet surely can't help us provide better
service.
Do you have a sense of the total delay caused by traffic on your run,
particularly bridge traffic? How much (if at all) do PCOs and
transit-only lanes help?
