Muni yards are noisy 24/7 operations. Neighbors aren't gonna put up
with it...except for trolleybus yards...While they aren't entirely
quiet, they are far quieter than diesel bus yards, and with the lack of
exhaust fumes, are appropriate for air rights development. From what I
understand, this is the plan for Presidio Yard. I'm sure Muni will find
a way to screw up the design so that Presidio works as poorly as
Potrero.

btw, had my first tow in yesterday...left saddle on rear axle failed.
