The PCL Foundation is sponsoring two workshops in July:

CEQA Comments Workshop
July 19, 2003 - Berkeley (Registration deadline July 15)

This is an introductory workshop in the fundamentals of effectively
communicating concerns about issues raised or not raised in the review
process of the California Environmental Quality Act.

General Plan Workshop
July 25, 2003 - Stockton (Registration deadline July 22)

This half-day program focuses on the California general plan and how cities
and counties create, amend and update these plans, and how local governments
and citizens can use these plans in shaping the future.
