Bay Area law students, focuses on water, an issue of transcendent importance
to California and its future. Highly respected attorneys, advocates, and
professors will participate in moderated panel discussions on six of the
most pressing contemporary issues in California water law policy: management
of the Klamath River, transfers and diversions through the Bay Delta, energy
market deregulation and its impact on hydroenergy, groundwater, water
quality, and linking land use planning and water supplies. The symposium is
open to attorneys, advocates, professors, law students and other interested
members of the community.
