the yet-to-be-named, not-so-epic adventureThis game or project (I'm not sure myself), is mainly a lesson in futility, the urge to make games started out from a wanting to practice programming, but having no idea what to make. So here it is. If I may, I'll name a few of the influences I've had while dreaming this game up. Most of the cyborg stuff was stolen from Ghost in the Shell, the movement, as well as the desire for a better space-oriented movement system were inspired by /usr/games/battlestar, which can be found on most any decent FreeBSD install. Oh, and keep in mind I didn't steal the gun vs. sword thing from battlestar, it was actually Bushido Blade, which was a fighting game without hitpoints and whatnot where if you got in the way of a well timed hit, you died, regardless of how rested up, or how many injuries you had. game oriented programming oriented
